I had the pleasure of observing and learning a lot from Katie Johnson's teaching strategies. Mrs. Johnson showed her patience while working with students with diverse needs and challenges. She understands and connects with students and parents in a way that she earns their trust, which makes it easier for the students to learn. Mrs. Johnson adapts lesson plans, using different teaching methods according to each student's needs.

I remember one year working in Mrs. Johnson's classroom, where she had 6 different reading levels and 5 different math levels. She adapted the lessons for each student’s level. At the same time brought science to life using different tools that engaged the students' attention. She connects with her students and brings the best in them while focusing on her students' needs.
